On offer for your consideration we have a Jugendstil barometer made in Germany by Hermann Richter Co.
The Hermann Richter Co was at that time one of the best maker of barometers in Europe.
The barometer is in carved oak with a brass bezel and bevelled glass with a center setting hand, the thermometer is on a white opaline glass dial. The quality on the carving is wonderful, this style was very popular from 1890-1910 and a great example of this period.
