Lovely rustic Tramp Art wall mirror from the period around 1880 in Austria. A unique carved wooden mirror which has been artfully handcrafted out of basswood in the late 19th century. It shows a beautiful surface stained in different brown tones and finished with a satin gloss varnish. Beside the outstanding looking protruding corners, this decorative tramp art mirror impresses with its detailed handcarved notch cut design. A truly eye-catching mid-sized wall mirror, spreading this special rustic "tramp art" charm. The metal clamp on the back makes wall mounting easy. The mirror plate has been renewed during the restoration process.
