A French Majolica fruit dish from the 19th century with lid. Born in France during the politically dynamic 19th century, this dish attracts our attention with its delicate arrangement of mouth-watering fruits surrounding a central grape-themed lidded container. Topped with a faux-bois handle whose lighter tones contrast beautifully with the dark color of the red grapes, this central dish is surrounded by smaller ones adorned with red, orange and green tones. Supported by a plate shaped base, this French Majolica fruit dish from the 19th century will bring a joyous touch of colors to any dining room or kitchen.
