Description
Lobel began to focus on metalwork after visiting the International Exposition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in Paris in 1925 demonstrating his talent in many materials.He was also the subject of two exhibitions at the American Museum of Art and The Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Lobel also founded an innovative jewelry and metals studio/shop in New York's Greenwich Village.
