Description
A fine example of a 19th century French Louis Philippe wall mirror. The wide wooden frame is in superb original condition with a decorative design of flowers and leaves etched into the gilded surface. A continuous row of plump gilded beads, called pearls, frame the original mirror plate. The mirrored reflection is uninterrupted by any flaws or serious marks. The back to the mirror still has the original pine backboards intact. Circa 1880
