Description
Angelo Lelii became an influential designer in postwar Italy, especially in the field of modern lighting design. In the 1947 He founded Arredoluce, a premier manufacturer of forniture and lighting.
Angelo Lelii’s lamps and lighting objects stand out for their extremely simple designs that strive for minimal complexity. Thanks to Angelo Lelii’s unique approach to lighting design, Arredoluce quickly built a reputation for creating premium quality lights based on clean, simple, and functional designs.
Here an essential and elegant suspension lamp mod. Vela designed by Angelo Lelii in 1954 circa for Arredoluce, It has a brass and painted aluminum structure with nylon strings and opaline glass.
