A vintage Swedish flat weave wool rug made by Bitte Ahlgren with woven initials at a corner dating back to circa 1952. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The main field is solid in melange green color enclosed with a broad geometric border displaying serrated rectangles in melange grey, brown with yellow and green. The Mid-century Scandinavian style enchants with its simplicity and timeless design.
