This lovely hued and elegantly achieved Mid-Century Modernist Hand-Blown Murano Glass Shell Form Bowl in Lemon Yellow with Striated Detailing originates from Italy, Circa 1960. Features a shell form profile with an asymmetrical spiraled twist detail at one end reminiscent of organic ocean life, rendered in a beautiful lemon yellow hue with a subtle green transition in the center of the basin. Striations of red, white, and translucent glass add detail to the outside of the piece, resting on a carefully polished flat base providing support and stability of placement. A gorgeous piece that will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
