Italian Renaissance-Revival 3-piece gilt brass and enamel serving set, ca. 1860. This set comprises spoon, fork, and knife.

The handles are straight and tapering with knops and enameled Grotesque ornament on white ground. The spoon has shaped bowl. The fork has shaped shank and four tines. The knife has curvilinear blade. The spoon and knife have figural mounts. A beautiful set that reflects the Victorian interest in Renaissance Italy. In fitted case. Unmarked. Excellent condition with good color. Wear to case.
