Set of four red leather dining chairs by Matteo Grassi, Italy, late 1970s. The company’s expertise in working with tough, coach hide leather for saddles was their entry into producing furniture with equal commitment to making durable goods for an active lifestyle. Tall seat backs of the chairs are very comfortable, and fitted with a handle on the back for easy sliding as the internal frame adds a good heft. The leather upholstery is aged and patinated to a soft and waxy finish, inviting you and your guests to linger around the table. Give your home an instant dash of color and modern edge.
