Description
In 1956, TWA was one of the airlines that ordered over 50 DC-8s. Douglas Aircraft Company supplied TWA with aluminum models of their new airplanes for promotional purposes. TWA had these models enameled and decaled with their logo and design. There are very few of these large original desk top models left intact.
