Description
Maison Jansen Style, Louis XVI, Hollywood Regency, Dining Table, Black Lacquer, Bronze
A impressive ebony lacquered dining table with bronze mounting, featuring two (2) 22-inch insertable leaves for extended seating. The table rests on four tapered, reeded bronze-mounted legs with bronze casters and caps, while four additional center legs can be flipped downward for extra support when the leaves are inserted. The bronze-framed apron includes decorative cookie-cutter corners, and the table top is accented with a thin bronze border. Measuring 8 feet (96 inches) without leaves, it extends to 118 inches or 140 inches when fully expanded. A striking combination of luxury and practicality. Our gallery has a larger example of a similar table having four (4) insertable leaves that stretches to 15 feet when fully extended.
