Edwardian Classical sterling silver chalice. Made by James Deakin & Sons in Sheffield in 1903. Curved ovoid bowl on knopped stem, flowing into raised foot. Bowl has chased and engraved leaving scrollwork forming two frames (vacant), and scallop shells at bottom. Gilt-washed interior. Fully marked and numbered H5690. Very good condition.
