Illustrated by Photogravures and including introductions, glossary, and indexes. Authors Autograph #191 of 350. Includes a letter from the author to his literary agent. Published by Houghton, Mifflin & Co. in Boston and New York, and The Riverside Press in Cambridge, 1896.
