Description
A Georgian mahogany writing table with burgundy leather inset top over three-drawered apron with central drawer stepped above two side drawers, standing on four bold square section legs with foot moldings. Fine craftsmanship, including gilt tooling to the leather writing surface, crossbanding and molded edge around top and beading to apron and drawer edges. Small age seams evident in leather top, but in otherwise sound condition. England, circa 1770.
