Philadelphia Circa 1760-1780
Primary Wood: Mahogany
Secondary Wood: White Oak Frame, Pine, Poplar
Height: 36 inches
Width: 93 inches
Depth: 30 1/2 inches
Provenance: Bought at auction in the early 1800’s by Dr. Philip Syng Physick, for his Maryland home, ‘Octorara’, To his granddaughter, Mrs. Philip S. P. Conner; To her son, Edward Conner; who sold his share of the house and furniture to his sister, Mrs. Arthur (Camilla) Hale; To her granddaughter, Elsa Noble; To her cousin, Edward Conner.
