Italian Minimalist Mid-Century Modern Clear. Murano Glass Chandelier, 1960 - 70
-
Description
A Rare, elegant, sober, minimalist Italian Mid-Century Modern chandelier in the style of Fontana Arte composed of eight mold blown clear Murano glass reflectors arranged in a cross pattern. Each glass reflector has an Edison based socket and clear Edison bulbs work aesthetically. This is an exquisite piece in its purity and understated, simple elegance. The glass can be oriented to form a square or angular pattern by adjusting the angle of the reflectors. The height is variable; the chandelier or pendant can hang from 24" to 72" by adjusting the stem.
