Fantastic looking late 19th century Biedermeier console table from the so-called "second" period around 1860 in Austria. Veneered with finest nut wood this perfect restored Biedermeier console table impresses with graceful curves and exceptional lines. A lockable drawer with a delicate inlayed maple key lock offers practical space. Outstanding designed, solid carved nutwood columns confers this masterpiece a very unique appearance. The amazing looking nutwood veneered top plate shows a wonderful mirrormatched grain with extraordinary vertical veneered outer edges. The traditional hand-polished shellac finish preserves the precious surfaces and completes the exceptional look of this late 19th century Biedermeier console table.
