Splendid mid century Murano glass ball vase from the period around 1970 in Italy. A beautiful mouth-blown Murano ball vase with an unusual blue spreckled design. This mid century modern Italian glass vase does not only impress with its amazing coloration or the fantastic shaped bulby body, even the trapped airbubbles (an incredible effect caused by blowing the hot glass with the use of a lance) were integrated into this elaborately handcrafted, artfully design - just have a detailed look at pictures #8 or #16. An excellent creation and proof of the unique skills of the world famous glass artist from Murano.
