Beautiful mid century modern Murano glass bowl from the world renown Sommerso workshops in Venetia/ Italy coming from the period around 1960/70. This amazing looking Sommerso Murano glass bowl reminds of a manta ray when you watch it from the side (see picture #3). Lovely details like the elegantly shaped ends or the unique shining coloration in this fantastic pink/ purple and blue tones make this outstanding designed Murano bowl a real eyecatcher. A highly decorative piece of Italian glass art from the famous workshops of Sommerso Murano coming in absolute perfect, mint original condition (there aren´t even the typical scratches on the bottom of the base - see picture #13). Due its timeless look it could be combined with many different interior styles.
