Antique Irish Silver Teapot, Dublin 1835 Patrick Laughlin. Large circular bombe form with repoussé and embossed foliage decoration on partial stippled background, rich foliage leaf capped c scroll handle, foliate rim, domed cover with daisy floral finial, leaf capped foliage spout and foliate base conforming in design, scrolled cartouches to the sides with engraved crests of a demi-leopard holding in the dexter paw a sprig of laurel. Fully hallmarked on base. Also hallmarked on finial and nut. Measures: 12.00 x 7.50 x 6.50 (height) inches. Weight: 32.25 oz. Condition: Good. Reflections purely from photography only.
