1970s very decorative glass centrepiece/platter serving plate, by artist Michna, handcrafted in crystal pâte de verre, the core in frosted crystal clear with an overlays in very slight tint in light lime green color which appears at the rim. The exclusive Art Nouveau style decor is realized with the intaglio acid-etched technique: the tinted pâte de verre is cased in another outer layer of coffee brown colored glass which is hand carved, leaving the unique organic decoration of Art Nouveau acorns and oak leaves in relief, a very attractive piece and also a stylish addition to any dining table setting. As new, never used.
Ideal as a gift, for Easter, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, or Christmas.
