Shown with a stern, commanding expression, curly hair, and a full beard, he wears a draped cloak fastened at the shoulder, emphasizing his authority and imperial stature. The detailed carving of the hair and garments, along with marble and bronze-toned finish, highlights both the realism and dignity characteristic of Roman imperial portraiture.
