Description
An 18th Century Chinese famille rose small scalloped dish, delicately painted with a central scene of two adult figures and two children in a garden setting, rendered in a bright palette of cobalt blue, lime green, orange and rose enamels. The gently lobed form is bordered with a decorative band of interlocking diaper patterns around the rim, enhancing the lively figural composition. The dish combines graceful form with vibrant famille decoration, characteristic of Qing dynasty porcelain.
