This solid grey parabola is intentionally opaque, reflecting the weight of devastation and the emotional finality of loss. The material’s reflective surface, paired with the concave curve, inverts the surrounding environment, creating a disorienting perspective that mirrors the upheaval left in the wake of the wildfires.
