This was a period when modernism evolved into a human-centered vision of modern living.

This lounge chair captures that spirit with its thoughtful interplay of geometry and tactility. The frame, crafted in solid wood with box joinery, celebrates craftsmanship while maintaining a striking simplicity. Its low, grounded stance gives the piece a quiet strength, while the broad seat invites relaxed, informal lounging. To complement the solid frame, the backrest features a circular cushion, an unexpected sculptural element that softens the chair’s rectilinear frame and adds visual interest without unnecessary embellishment.
