Comes with the original wooden tomobako storage box inscribed Seihakuji Hanasashi "Ritsu" (Pale-Blue-Glazed Porcelain Flower Holder "Upright") and signed Sueharu with a seal mark reading Sueharu.

The Kyoto based porcelain artist Fukami Sueharu is one of the most highly regarded sculptors working in porcelain today. This vase is an early work from his long career. Fukami’s works are in the collections of 60 museums worldwide.
