Designed by Hermès and executed by silversmith Ravinet d'Enfert & Cie, very rare exquisite rectangular hinge lidded box consisting of silver-plated ground adorned with central gold-plated band design with attached oval drop ring pull, and cedar lined interior with adjustable compartment divider. This magnificent beautiful box's understated sophistication lies in the subtle yet refined details including the contrasting gold saddle-stitched luggage strap design with contrasting silver studs and elegant ring handle. This lovely decorative box designed by the iconic French fashion house Hermès, Paris, exudes luxury, exclusivity and refinement epitomizing French high quality, exceptional craftsmanship, and excellence in design.
Impressed manufacturer’s mark to side "HERMÈS PARIS/Made in France" and maker's mark or hallmark for silversmith Ravinet d'Enfert et Cie.
