Description
A rare and versatile Spanish extendable dining table dating to the 18th century, this piece exemplifies the robust workmanship and architectural grace of the Baroque period. Crafted from richly patinated solid hardwood, the table features a central panel flanked by two pull-out leaves, allowing for flexible use while preserving its sculptural silhouette. The top has contrasting inlay boards arranged in a curving geometric pattern with a rich dark brown finish with warm patina. . The extendable design is ideal for both intimate and larger gatherings. A base with elaborate column decorated trestle-style legs connected by horizontal stretchers ensure stability and architectural appeal. This table is well-suited for traditional interiors, farmhouse settings, or transitional settings and represents timeless craftsmanship and functional elegance.
