    antique neoclassical figural sculpture in cast in bronze depicting a winged cupid with arrows and quiver raising a well-delineated leaf-form vessel while standing on a turtle pedestal; beautiful craftsmanship and detailing; unknown artist with no noticeable signature or maker's mark;  modeled after Franz Von Stuck (German 1863-1928) Nautilus Cup.
    Cupid, the Roman god of desire, love, and attraction depicted as a winged youth with a bow and arrows that cause uncontrollable love. The turtle symbolizes deep-rooted wisdom, endurance, and connection to the Earth while also representing patience, longevity, grounding, and the journey of life's slow, steady progress.
