Description
Designed by Charles and Ray Eames, the Aluminium Group Soft Pad Chair represents a later evolution of the original Aluminium Group series. By introducing individually upholstered leather pads, the design enhances comfort while preserving the visual lightness and structural clarity of the aluminium frame. Produced by Vitra in Germany, the chair exemplifies the designers’ enduring interest in ergonomics, industrial materials, and timeless modern form.
