Description
This pair of Louis XVI–style bedside tables is crafted in warm walnut, combining clean neoclassical lines with practical bedside storage. Each table opens at the front with a single drawer fitted with a brass knob. The drawer fronts are decorated with a refined marquetry frieze, creating a geometric border that highlights the craftsmanship and elevates the otherwise minimalist façade. Below the drawer, a spacious open niche offers additional storage for books or personal items. The tables stand on tapered, square-section legs, characteristic of the Louis XVI style, giving the pieces a light and elegant silhouette. Their simple paneled construction and balanced proportions make them easy to integrate into both traditional and modern interiors. Recently cleaned and presented in very good condition, this matching pair is ideal for use as bedside tables, small accent stands, or side tables in living areas where understated French elegance is desired.
This is an antique and having been around for a long time, it will show signs of wear. Antique pieces have very much sought-after character and associated flaws. Please review photos for condition & contact us with questions! -
