Description
This pair of Swedish bedside tables dates to circa 1910 and reflects the understated elegance and craftsmanship associated with early 20th-century Scandinavian furniture. Each table is painted in a soft, time-worn neutral tone, with the original surface showing a gentle patina that enhances the carved and molded details. The upper section features a single drawer with a diamond-shaped panel and a central round wooden pull, while the lower cabinet door echoes the same diamond motif, creating a harmonious and balanced façade. Vertical fluting along the sides and front uprights adds refinement, while the shaped feet provide a sturdy yet graceful base. Compact in scale yet functional, these tables offer enclosed storage suitable for bedside use or as small accent cabinets. Closely matched and well proportioned, they work beautifully as a pair in a bedroom or flanking a sofa or console, bringing quiet character and authentic Swedish charm to the interior.
This is an antique and having been around for a long time, it will show signs of wear. Antique pieces have very much sought-after character and associated flaws. Please review photos for condition & contact us with questions! -
