Wonderful and rather large cachepot or pot in patinated brass. Europe, late 19th century.

A truly fantastic cachepot, this is. Beautiful restrained appearance, yet very decorative due to the embossed scrollwork and pearl-like rings. Great patina.

Would be great as a planter or as a vase with some dried flowers / branches on a center table.
