Description
Dimensions: 35 ¼” H x 18” W x 18” D
French, 19th century set of six (6) carved oak armless dining chairs which are complemented by a soft, pale green velvet upholstery. These comfortable chairs are more Transitional in style than a singular period or reign, which gives them a timeless quality to blend in a range of decorating tastes. Upholstery in a thick, velvety material characterized by a shadow-stripe is in good (antique) condition that is still firm and supportive. Squared seat backs and seats are outlined in a nailhead trim for complementary texture. Handsome turned legs function as a decorative counterpoint and solid foundation to withstand continued use. Cleaned and tightened, ready for your interior. Please view the detailed images to see the current condition. Sold as a set of six.
