Description
Charming Louis XV–style miniature side table crafted in fruitwood during the early 20th century. The piece reflects the elegance of 18th-century French design through its graceful proportions and refined decorative details. The rectangular top is bordered by a raised cabaret edge, adding both visual interest and practical function. A single drawer, constructed with traditional dovetail joinery, provides discreet storage and demonstrates careful cabinetmaking craftsmanship.
The table stands on slender cabriole legs terminating in delicately carved hoof feet, a hallmark of Louis XV influence. Its warm fruitwood surface displays a natural patina consistent with age, enhancing the character and authenticity of the piece. Compact in scale yet highly decorative, it functions beautifully as a side table, occasional table, or bedside accent.
This is an antique and having been around for a long time, it will show signs of wear. Antique pieces have very much sought-after character and associated flaws. Please review photos for condition & contact us with questions! -
