An intricate cast iron hallway stand featuring an elaborate hunting theme. The central trunk is modeled as a naturalistic tree with winding branches that serve as hooks for garments. The base is highly sculptural, depicting various game animals, a rifle, and a powder flask amongst forest floor foliage. Functional rings at the mid-section provide storage for umbrellas or walking sticks. This highly decorative piece is an exceptional example of 19th-century thematic metalwork, designed for a formal entry or hunting lodge.

Materials:	Hand-finished cast iron structure with detailed figural reliefs and faux-bois (false wood) texture. The piece features applied gold-tone accents on the foliate and fruit elements.
Condition:	Good. The piece is in good antique condition with a well-developed patina throughout. There is minor surface oxidation and light wear to the gold accents consistent with age.
