Description
A writing desk in figured wood veneer by Runar Engblom, featuring a rectangular top and two drawers concealed within the apron. The top incorporates a small flip-open compartment for storage.

The accompanying chair features a shaped backrest with a central horizontal splat and an upholstered seat.

The desk was designed for and used in Hotel Vaakuna in Helsinki (1947).
