Louis XVI Style, Salon Suite, Tapestry, Walnut, France, 20th c.

A walnut salon suite from 20th century France comprising of a sofa and four armchairs in the Louis XVI style. Five piece walnut salon suite in the Louis XVI taste comprising, four fauteuils en cabriolet armchairs and a canape en corbeille settee, each having figural tapestry upholstery in the manner of Aubusson or Gobelins Manufactory, and rising on front fluted legs with toupie feet, upholstery not removed to examine for marks.
