This Late 18th century Louis XVI baguette frame giltwood mirror features a slim, beautifully carved frame embellished with a rope twist trim. Touches of the faded red bole under the gilding add to the richness of the patina. Age-related wear to the gilding and small losses. Original mirror displays areas of foxing commensurate with age.
