Vittorio Varo, 'Canestrari' lounge chair made by 1P in the 1970s.
The armchair features a large polyurethane cushion, arranged vertically and strategically folded to form a comfortable, high-backed seat. The armchair is in excellent condition: the upholstery is original (on the underside, there is an original lead seal with the 1P mark, holding together four zipper pulls that, when opened, would allow the upholstery to be removed). It is a coated fabric, with a few small scratches, but no breaks or tears.
