    An unusual art ceramic bowl in an etched and onlaid fish and net morif. The gorgeous glaze is matt in tones of putty-coffee-rose-celadon hues. Vintage, flawless, never owned/used. Displays beautifully but can be used for salad or fruit.

    Provenance: Fort Lauderdale boutique closed in 2005 by Hurricane

    Alexis Kostanda, son and protoge of Alexandre Kostanda (1921-2012) a central figure in MCM ceramics. Launched in Madoura studio where Picasso worked. Known for hand thrown and signed pieces, whimsical themes of animals and human figurines, beautiful textured glazes. Closed his studio around 2005.
