A striking Italian Renaissance style cabinet, likely 17th–18th century and possibly incorporating earlier salvaged elements. This architectural example features a molded overhanging top, carved frieze drawer with rosette detailing, paneled cabinet door, carved vertical reserves, and a boldly sculpted base terminating in paw feet.
Rich patina, strong carving, and compact proportions make this an especially versatile piece—equally suited as an end table, bedside cabinet, or accent storage piece. Comparable examples of similar form appear in important museum collections.
Condition:
Good antique condition with age-appropriate wear including surface scratches, finish variation, old repairs, shrinkage cracks, and expected antique character. No key present. Structurally sound.
