Description
Very rare if not unique cabinet designed by Axel Einar Hjorth, from the "Caesar" series. Circa 1932. Stained birch. Rich decorated hand carved flamed birch doors panels. Original hardware. Restored finish. Presumably produced by AB Nordiska Kompaniet, Sweden. A similar example of the present model was included in the International Exposition, Barcelona, 1929. Dimensions: W 39" x D 20" x H 66". Base dimensions W 46" x D 24". Similar example with different width also available .
