Description
A finely crafted brass frame surmounted by a tessellated onyx top. The elegant design reflects the neoclassical influence of the Directoire period, interpreted through a sophisticated mid-twentieth-century aesthetic.
The rectangular top is composed of individually cut onyx segments arranged in a tessellated pattern, displaying subtle tonal variations and natural veining that enhance the richness of the stone. Raised on slender, tapering brass legs joined by a shaped stretcher, the table possesses a refined architectural presence.
A stylish and versatile accent table, equally suited for use as a coffee or end table, combining the timeless elegance of French Directoire design with the luxurious materials and craftsmanship of the mid-century period. -
