Description
This elegant Art Deco demilune console table exemplifies the sophistication and craftsmanship synonymous with French design from the early 20th century. Crafted circa 1930, the table features a finely wrought iron base with an intricate and beautifully proportioned spiral motif, showcasing the period’s signature balance of bold geometry and decorative flair. The half-moon (demilune) silhouette offers a graceful profile, making it ideal for placement in entryways, hallways, or living spaces. The wrought iron frame is both sturdy and visually delicate, with the spiral details lending a sense of movement and artistic refinement. The design pays homage to the streamlined curves and modernist ethos of the Art Deco period. The console surface is a stunningly inset porto marble top, characterized by its rich veining and warm-toned hues. This marble adds opulence and sophisticated material quality to the piece, beautifully complementing the dark patina of the iron base. This console table serves as both functional furniture and a work of art, perfect for collectors and enthusiasts of Art Deco design. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
