A set of six tubular aluminum and green fabric dining room chairs or armchairs designed by Dorothy Marckwald and produced in the US, c. 1950. Provenance: Cabin Class Dining Room, SS United States ocean liner, built 1950-1951. In very good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age and use. Newly reupholstered in fabric.
