Vladimir Kagan Barrel Lounge Chairs in Brown Velvet and Walnut Legs

Description
Originally conceived in the late 1940s, this sculptural barrel chair embodies the sleek, aerodynamic sensibilities of mid-century design. This particular example, produced in the late 1990s, has been completely restored and reupholstered in luxurious cotton brown velvet. The restoration—expertly completed by Stamford Modern—highlights the chair’s graceful curves and timeless silhouette, bringing new life to an enduring classic. Perfect for both modern and traditional interiors alike.
