Description
Vittorio Introini (1935–2023) was an Italian architect and designer known for his distinctive contribution to Italian modernism. Active from the 1960s, he developed a refined design language characterized by sculptural forms, geometric lines and a sophisticated approach to materials. His work includes furniture and lighting designed for leading Italian manufacturers, and reflects the experimental spirit of post-war Italian design.
Rare set of four modular bookcase units, model Proposal P700, designed by Vittorio Introini for Saporiti, 1969. Characterized by a bold geometric structure and a highly versatile modular design, the Proposal P700 reflects the experimental spirit of Italian Radical Design of the late 1960s.
Structure in chrome-plated metal and steel.
In very good condition, original and ready to be shipped.
Each module measures 232 × 65, depth of the two modules with glass doors: 41 cm; depth of the two modules without glass doors: 34 cm. -
