Wonderful Lounge Chair in Pink Velvet Late 19th Century

A fantastic late 19th century lounge chair in pink velvet. Most probably from The Netherlands.

This is a highly elegant and sophisticated Victorian lounge chair in a lovely pink velvet with multicolor piping. A very elegant and chic lounge chair with classical proportions that also has a very whimsical and high fashion quality to it due to the color and ornate details.

Sits very comfortable and works well in various interior styles, rooms and environments. We could see it placed equally effortless in a grand living room, a bedroom, a children’s room or a hallway. A true statement piece.

Comes in a good and original condition with fairly recent high quality upholstery - that shows slight wear due to use, as can be seen in the photos.
